Shocking audio clip reveals that Keemstar admitted to sleeping with H3H3Production’s co-host and Teddy Fresh CEO Hila Klein.
Earlier today Leafy tweeted that Daniel “Keemstar” Keem confessed to having had an affair with Ethan Klein’s wife, Hila, back in 2017.

Calvin Lee Vail, better known is Leafy or LeafyIsHere, recently got banned off YouTube and Twitch for his controversial takes. Earlier this year he revealed that the popular Twitch streamer known as Pokimane had a boyfriend which lead to the 24-year-old Moroccan-Canadian taking a month-long hiatus from the internet.
Earlier today the former YouTube commentator dropped yet another bomb by alleging that DramaAlert host Daniel “Keemstar” Keem had an affair with Ethan Klein’s wife in 2017.

Almost immediately after Leafy tweeted this he was blocked by Hila Klein. Keemstar, on the other hand, seemingly debunked the allegations with a tweet stating; “I did not have sexual relations with that woman.” He also blocked Leafy on Skype.
However, many speculated that Keem was, in fact, indirectly admitting it by quoting the historic speech made by Bill Clinton when he was exposed having an affair with Monika Lewinski,
Keem then trolled Twitter by posting a lot of images of videogames with names hinting that Leafy’s statement was true.
He later followed it up with yet TikTok video where is lying in bed smoking while nodding to the lyrics to Tupac Shakur’s Hit ‘Em Up.
Leafy released the recording of Keem admitting that he had an affair with Hila Klein on his Twitter.
Did Keemstar sleep with Hila Klein?
Leafy certainly seems to think so, and his theory is very believable… it goes like this:
Around April 2017 Keemstar travelled to Los Angeles to do the H3H3 Podcast with Ethan and Kila Klein. He stayed there for 3 days.
A few months later Keemstar made a rather strange tweet admitting to having have slept “with her.”
Leafy then claims that Hila went on several business trips and continued her affair with Daniel “Keemstar” Keem and that’s when the DramaAlert host and Ethan Klein beef ultimately started.
People are now assuming that Hila Klein came clean about her affair with Keemstar shortly after she gave birth to her first born son, Theodore, because only a few months later Ethan dropped a 3 part “Content Nuke” series on Keemstar truly trying to end his career by accusing him of murder. That’s pretty harsh.
But now people are questioning whether the baby actually belongs to Ethan?
Who is Theodore Klein’s biological father?
Although many were quick to question whether Ethan Klein is the biological father to Theodore Klein, he almost certainly is.
It is true that Ethan and Hila were having problems conceiving but that does not mean that the baby is not Ethan’s. Keemstar has even publicly debunked the rumour.
Ethan and Hila Klein are yet to address the rumours of the affair.
