Daniel “Tekashi 6ix9ine” Hernandez is rumoured to be considering legal action against Ethan Klein for slander after his “paedo” Tweet.
H3H3Productions host, Ethan Klein falsely accused Tekashi 6ix9ine of sleeping with a 13-year-old girl on Twitter. Hernandez is reportedly thinking about suing him.

The 22-year-old rapper was just released early from a 2 year prison sentence for racketeering. He was released early for good behaviour and is now working hard to fix his image and do the right thing.
Earlier this year 6ix9ine offered to donate USD$200,000 to a kid’s charity and food drive called No Kid Hungry. The charity rejected his offer due to his past indiscretions and 6ix9ine fired back calling them “cruel.”

“@nokidhungry rather take food out the mouth of these innocent children I never seen something so cruel,” the disgruntled rapper wrote.
6ix9ine recently joined controversial YouTuber, Logan Paul, on his ImPAULsive podcast. The rapper discussed his many controversies including the recent events that earned him the title of a snitch.
When Logan Paul shared the podcast on Twitter, the H3H3Productions host — Ethan Klein — quote tweeted Logan with a false and damaging allegation.

“Did you ask him why he f***** a 13 year old child?,” Ethan Klein tweeted out to his millions of followers.
He didn’t sleep with a 13-year-old girl.
The incident that Ethan Klein (H3H3) is referring to happened when Tekashi 6ix9ine, himself, was 17-years-old. He shared a video of a girl who was 13-years-old at the time performing oral on Taquan Anderson.
He shared the video which also showed him standing behind the young girl making lewd gestures. Another clip reportedly surfaced of of the 13-year-old bare and sitting on his lap. However, the girl never accused Hernandez and there was no evidence to suggest that he slept with the underage girl.
Regardless, Daniel Hernandez was charged for sharing the video and, as part of his plea deal, was ordered to obtain his GED and not commit another crime for two years. If he did so, he would be given probation for three years and not have to register as a sex offender.
However, there have been other girls who claimed that Tekashi 6ix9ine slept with him while they were underage.
He was blackmailed by a former fan.
One girl known online as Jordyn took her story online an alleged that she did it with Tekashi in 2017 when she was only 16-years-old and 6ix9ine was 21.
In the video she calls 6ix9ine a “paedo” and slams him for not making her sign a NDA. She was though later exposed for attempting to blackmail the rapper to try and earn money to get her boyfriend out off jail when he leaked the direct messages.
Hernandez reportedly sent the girl a cease and desist for the allegations that she levied against him and had to take down the video for calling him a “paedo.”
The rapper cited a “close-in-age” exemption to the Florida age of consent law which indicates that a person older than 16 may sleep with a person under the age of 23. This means that his accuser could have been charged with slander.
Considering suing Ethan Klein.
A source close to Daniel Hernandez told us that he is considering on doing the same to Ethan Klein.
“He didn’t f*** her and he’s already paid for that sh*t and he regrets it. 6ix9ine has turned a new leaf in his life and he’s a better man. He doesn’t need this sh*t,” the unnamed source told us.
According to a source close to 6ix9ine, H3H3 is wrong and Hernandez is working hard to turn his life around for the better.
“He’s even thinking about hitting this dude [Ethan Klein] with a cease and desist.”
As of now Ethan Kelin’s tweet is still up and he’s even retweeted other people calling Tekashi 6ix9ine a “paedo” but many are calling him a hypocrite for it.
Recently Ethan Klein has endorsed two controversial people who have espoused pro-paedo views. One is a far-left individual known as Vaush who believes that the production and possession of child (you know what) should not be a crime. He has also previously advocated for the establishment of age of consent laws.

The second individual, who will remain anonymous for now, is largely known by H3H3’s community and is known for posting illegal imagery depicting children in lewd and compromised situations on people’s discord as an attempt to get them removed and/or cancelled.
