Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O’Connell was never your typical LA girl. Although she was born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Eilish was a bit of an introvert who would spend nights at home with her brother, Finneas, writing their own music and publishing them on SoundCloud.
