Nearly every new day there is a new bit of evidence that is very damaging to Amber Heard‘s defence in the upcoming Johnny Depp defamation case. Depp’s attorney, Adam Waldman, continues to deliver document after document of irrefutable evidence that Amber Heard lied under oath and committed perjury in the UK high court. Not just once.

Heard appears to be a pathological liar. She lied through her teeth her in Australia when she smuggled her two Yorkshire terrier dogs into Australia in 2016. The findings of the 2020 UK libel hearing proved that she also committed perjury in Australia and is now facing a 5 year ban from visiting the country.

As the the mountain of evidence begins to pile up big tech seemingly seems to be cracking down and limiting the reach of this information. They even banned Johnny Depp and his attorney Adam Waldman from Twitter.

Johnny Depp fans respond to being called "bots" by Heard and The Sun

Mr Waldman responded to the ban with a statement that reads: “So you’ve permanently suspending my Twitter account for ‘reasons’ but you don’t list any. Although I haven’t appealed the decision has already been ‘re-reviewed’ by ‘the team.’ So Twitter acted on an appeal of their own decision on my suspension that no one asked for to ensure its permanence.”

“And Johnny Depp who has never tweeted anything has an account showing ‘suspended’,” Adam Waldman added, concluding, “That all makes sense, if you know the rest of the story. Which I do.”

Twitter later followed up and said that Mr Waldman violated the terms of Twitter’s privacy policy but did not give an example. They also have decided to uphold his suspension.

More recently a YouTuber and cartoonist who goes by That Umbrella Guy, and is one of the most outspoken vindicators of Johnny Depp, went live on YouTube to discuss an alleged investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department into Amber Heard. Although That Umbrella Guy had set his VOD to private after the stream had ended, YouTube deleted the video and issued his channel a strike.

That Umbrella Guy, in a tweet, revealed that the video that was removed by YouTube featured “sourced journalistic material” and explained that he later made the video private because “the subject is an abuser being investigated by the LAPD and the FBI.”

In the video That Umbrella Guy says that both the Los Angeles Police Department and the FBI are currently investigating the Aquaman actress and cites one of Germany’s oldest news publications Bild.

According to the YouTuber this is the third time one of his private videos has been falsely taken down. He believes he was targeted by a mass flagging campaign of Amber Heard’s fans and associates.

Johnny Depp fans are fighting big tech and have organised a petition to appeal Adam Waldman’s unjustified and indefinite suspension from Twitter. It currently sits pretty at 1200 signatures.
