Chrissy Teigen has deleted Twitter after years of controversy

“It’s too much!” After countless of controversies and scandals Chrissy Teigen has finally deleted her Twitter and blames her own actions.

Today people woke up to find that American model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen had deleted her Twitter account after years of controversy, and people aren’t at all surprised.

The 35-year-old model said her final goodbyes before deleting/disabling her official Twitter account. Chrissy Teigen had been the centre of controversy after she was believed to have close ties to deceased disgraced financier and predator Jeffrey Epstein. The initial conspiracy alleged that her name appeared on Epstein’s flight ledger, however it has not been substantiated.

The accusations inspired many internet sleuths to dig deep into Teigen’s Twitter profile and it was then when they discovered thousands of very inappropriate and disturbing tweets speaking of minors and toddlers in a highly s*xualised way.

Chrissy Teigen followed up by making her account private and then deleting over 60,000 questionable tweets. Some claimed that the deleted tweets were proof that she was connected to Epstein, but yet again these claims were merely based on the pre-existing conspiracy theory.

However, the disturbing content of Teigen’s past tweets even made some of her most devout fans sceptical about her. Especially after they learned about her very promiscuous open relationship with her singer/songwriter boyfriend.

Her interview with ExtraTV back in 2015 Chrissy Teigen didn’t make things any better. She was asked where the best public place she had intercourse. She looked over at her husband John Legend before nervously answering, “probably the Obama thing,” implying it was at the White House.

Legend, clearly sweating, responded: “We’re not going to discuss that. We’re not talking about that. That’s the truth in that.”

Things only got weirder — and a whole lot worse for her — when she was followed by current serving President of The US, Joe Biden.

The official Twitter account for POTUS was only following 13 people, including several White House staffers, Vice President Kamala Harris, and his wife Dr Jill Biden. Strangely, Chrissy Teigen was the only non-political figure followed by the account. This opened a lot of people up to some of her raunchy tweets to the point where she even begged Biden to unfollow her.

Teigen tweeted: “I have tweeted a handful of time since my treasured POTUS following. In order for me to flourish as me, I must ask you to please lord unfollow me. I Love you!! It’s not you it’s me!!!!!”

After Biden granted her wish she continued to post questionable content on to Twitter and her fans weren’t happy about it. One of the posts included a topless picture of her with her son. Although there was nothing inherently wrong about the picture, the people who were aware of her previous disturbing tweets grew concerned, especially due to the caption.

“Please move, mommy is trying to be thirsty,” the caption read. Shortly after posting this Teigen announced that she had, had enough and that she was quitting Twitter, blaming her own actions.

“Hey. For over 10 years, you guys have been my world. I honestly owe so much to this world we’ve created here. I truly consider so many of you my actual friends,” Teigen tweeted.

She continued: “But it is time for me to say goodbye. This no longer servers me positively as it serves me negatively, and I think it is the right time to call something.”

UPDATE: Chrissy Teigen told 16-year-old CSA victim to kill herself.

“My life goal is to make people happy. The pain I feel when I don’t is too much for me. I’ve always been portrayed as the strong clap back girl but I’m just not,” her final tweet read.

Although Chrissy Teigen has disabled her Twitter account for the time being her Instagram page is still live and has over 34 million followers.
