CHARITY FRAUD: Amber Heard was forced to admit that she “failed” to donate $7 million from divorce settlement to charity as promised.
Amber Heard, yet again, has been exposed and this time for committing charity fraud, but the 32-year-old actress insists that was it was Johnny Depp’s fault after having lied under oath in the UK High Courts.

Amber Heard admits to “failing” to donate to charity. After Johnny Depp’s attorney Adam Waldman subpoenaed two organisations that Amber Heard claimed she donated the entirety of her USD$7 million divorce settlement, it came to light that Amber Heard had lied under oath about making any donations. She reportedly pocketed the entire amount.
Amber Heard promised that she would donate the whole amount to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) and American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to prove that she was not after Johnny Depp’s money.
Heard went on the record to say: “As described in the restraining order and divorce settlement, money played no role for me personally and never has, except to the extent that I could donate it to charity and, in doing so, hopefully help those less able to defend themselves. As reported in the media, the amount received in the divorce was $7 million and $7 million is being donated.”
Heard’s attorney hints that she’s broke.
Five years later she has not made a single donation to the charity and was called out for pocketing the amount of USD$7 million by her ex-husband. She has now been afforced to admit that she “failed” to donate the money, but her attorney accused Depp of “attempting to divert attention” from the very bogus UK Court’s ruling.
“Mr. Depp’s effort to plant stories in the media criticizing Amber for not yet fulfilling all the donations she pledged to charity is yet another desperate attempt to divert attention from the UK Court’s findings relating to allegations of Mr. Depp committing domestic abuse and violence. … Amber has already been responsible for seven figures in donations to charitable causes and intends to continue to contribute and eventually fulfill her pledge. However, Amber has been delayed in that goal because Mr. Depp filed a lawsuit against her, and consequently, she has been forced to spend millions of dollars defending Mr. Depp’s false accusations against her.” Heard’s attorney stated.
All the red flags of charity fraud.
The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles failed to provide documents proving that Amber Heard donated any money to them despite her being listed as a million dollar benefactress on their official website. These findings suggest that Amber Heard, as well as an employee at the hospital, might be guilty of charity fraud.
Amber Heard also lied under oath in the UK High Courts when she said that she had already donated the whole amount of USD$7 million dollars which means she’s also guilty of perjury.
The recent findings have bust open Johnny Depp‘s defamation case against Amber Heard and now the Pirates of The Caribbean actor has been granted an emergency hearing regarding confidential files pertaining to Heard that were previously marked confidential.
