Former model who met Marilyn Manson through Trend Reznor defends the shock-rock star in a tell-all interview with Colonel Kurtz.

“He’s a very, very nice guy. Like, he’s a really kind of nerdy, sweet, unassuming kind of character. He’s a gentleman and he’s very considerate,” ex-girlfriend and former model Pola Weiss reveals in a tell-all interview with YouTuber Colonel Kurtz.

Pola Weiss says she goes “way, way back” with Manson. According to her, she was a young student and a part-time model at the time and met Manson through Nine Inch Nail’s frontman Trent Reznor at his “Tate murder house” property in Los Angeles, California.

10050 Cielo Drive was the street address of a former luxury home in Benedict Canyon, in the west-central part of the Beverly Crest neighborhood of Los Angeles, bordering Beverly Hills, where the Manson Family committed the Tate murders in 1969. Reznor rented the house from 1992 and set up a recording studio there.

Marilyn Manson was only 22-years-young at the time. However, their relationship didn’t become intimate and romantic until she met him for the second time when, unbeknownst to her, she was booked to star in his “Long Hard Road to Hell” official music video.

“Over the course of the video we — you know — got to be kind of chummy, I guess, and we started hanging out afterwords,” Weiss told Colonel Kurtz.

Their relationship started almost immediately after they reconnected and lasted for 3-4 months. Weiss revealed that she helped get Manson settled in Los Angeles and took him shopping.

Kurtz pressed Weiss on whether the controversial singer was ever abusive to her. “Never. Never. Not even close to it. He’s a really, really sweet guy. He’s like, um, I’d say he’s very romantic. He’s the kind of person that, I think, to a fault can become putty in the hand’s of whoever the object of his admiration is […] he was never curt or rude with me ever, or anything like that, with me ever. Not even once. He’s very romantic, actually. So, no,” Weiss revealed.

Marilyn Manson’s ex-girlfriend then debunked the rumours that Manson becomes a monster when he’s under the influence.

“I was around him when he was partying and I never saw anything like that. He was just like your garden variety ‘get your buzz on’ and would maybe get a little sillier and dance or something. I never saw anything like that never, ever. That’s why when I heard when some of the things that came out I was very shocked, because I couldn’t believe it. None of it aligned with the reality of what I knew his behaviour to be.”

Weiss went on to describe her ex-boyfriend, Marilyn Manson, as a “very chill guy, very polite, very considerate and thoughtful, not someone that even speaks in a loud voice.”

Numerous women who knew Marilyn Manson intimately have come out in defence of the singer after an onslaught of damaging allegations have been levelled against him. Weiss’s description and accounts of Manson seem to align with another one of his ex-girlfriend’s who told POPTOPIC that he was a “sweetheart.”

“Our relationship ended because our lifestyles weren’t really compatible at the time,” his other ex-girlfriend told us. “He was a busy man and had to travel a lot for work, and I had a fulltime job. But after we broke it off we remained close and still talked for years. He’d come visit for coffee and drinks like normal friends. He even came to a barbeque my new boyfriend was holding and they got along great.”

Charmed star and voice against domestic violence, Rose McGowan, echoed a similar sentiment when she described her relationship with Manson as very “domestic” and said that “when he was with me, he was not like that,’ while commending Evan Rachel Wood for speaking out on domestic violence.

The 52-year-old gothic shock-rock star has recently turned himself in for an assault charge for allegedly spitting at a camera lens during a Gilford, New Hampshire, show in 2019.
