“I didn’t want people to know I was gay,” the rapper tweeted. “People would assume that if you had an entire fan page dedicated to Nicki, you are gay. The rap/music industry ain’t exactly built or accepting of gays.”

A few internet sleuths than did the research and found that Lil Nas X old alias “NasMaraj” was linked to two very offensive accounts including a Lil Kim fan account called TheLilKimNews.

Lil Nas X is a Islamophobe.

Under his proven alias NasMaraj, Lil Nas X posted several Islamophobic comments. In May, 2017, he posted: “Ariana Grande fans who are Muslims are such a self-drag. Your deadass ‘religion’ killed multiple kids for media attention.”

He doubled down when someone called his comment Islamophobic, adding “stop pretending pretending there is no correlation between Islam and violence. The Quran has several versus that say KILL,”

Other offensive tweets used racial slurs when referring to black American musicians. Although Lil Nas X claimed to be a fan of Nicki Minaj, he shared a photo of her comparing her to a monkey and accused her of being an “ugly ass Lil Kim” clone.

Lil Nas X also set his sights on Beyoncé, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Adele, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Azealia Banks, Cardi B, and Blue Ivy. Although most of these comments seemed to be something an edgy teenager would write, others went too far.

Fat shaming and transphobia.

Lil Nas X body shamed British pop megastar Adele on many occasions, calling her “Fatdele”.

He also insinuated that both Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus were transgender males.

But what has people most concerned is his Tweet where he talks about r*ping his 3-year-old nephew.

Nephew

Although most of this can be written off as just terrible and dark humour, the comment about his 3-year-old nephew does raise a lot of red flags. Firstly because Lil Nas X actually had a 3-year-old nephew when he wrote this Tweet. This is confirmed by another tweet he posted two years later about his 5-year-old nephew.

Nike vs Lil Nas X.

Lil Nas X was exposed hot off the heels of the MSCHF “Satan Shoes” controversy. The 21-year-old American rapper made a promotional deal with a controversial bootleg company known as MSCHF based in Brooklyn, New York. The duo had planned to release 666 custom Nike shoes containing one drop of real human blood.

After Nike caught wind of the bootleg shoe they immediately disavowed MSCHF and Lil Nas X stating they had no relations to the company or the artist and do not approve of the shoe. Shortly after Nike’s legal team sent a cease and desist to MSCHF and Lil Nas X ordering them to remove all Nike trademarks of the shoe, but MSCHF released the shows anyway.

Nike have now officially confirmed that they are suing controversial Brooklyn based company for trademark infringement.
