The Ellen Show is under investigation after numerous bad workplace condition complaints surfaced. Most of the complaints seemed to aimed directly at the talk show host and her attitude towards lesser known guests and employees. Now some fans are hoping that she gets replaced by one of the following LGBTQ celebrities.

People are questioning whether Ellen still has a career after many reports popped up describing the toxic work conditions at The Ellen Show. Some are evening pointing the fingers directly at Ellen DeGeneres and labelled her racist, sexist and transphobic.

The 62-year-old LGBTQ talk show host reportedly has a history of misgendering trans people. However, an anonymous insider says that it is definitely not deliberate and that Ellen is the “furthest thing from transphobic.”

An associate of Ellen’s spoke out against the allegations and said, “Ellen is the furthest thing from transphobic, she’s one of the most compassionate and understanding human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with,” the employee said.

Ellen Degeneres panics as people look for replacement

Fans are looking for perfect LGBTQ celebrities for the replacement of Ellen DeGeneres.

“People have to understand that she’s human too. She literally has to smile for a living, no matter what she’s feeling on the inside. It’s exhausting for her. People should cut her some slack.”

The show’s producers have said that, despite the controversy, Ellen DeGeneres will continue to host the show.

“We know that these last few days have been a lot to take in and process for everyone,” read part of the email which was signed, “Love, the EPs.”

An anonymous Ellen employee said, “She’s fighting to protect the show and what she stands for. She is very upset about what happened and determined to fix the problems. She takes full responsibility. But no way is she quitting the show. That’s total BS.”

But the LGBTQ+ community have turned their backs on Ellen DeGeneres and the excuses and apologies are falling on deaf ears. They want her gone and are already thinking about replacements.

James Corden

James Corden Ellen

James Corden, 41, could replace Ellen DeGeneres.

There are a lot of whispers heard coming from the Hollywood hills that the show’s producers are caving into to what they call “the liberal mob” and have already found a replacement for Ellen DeGeneres… and that’s James Corden.

James Kimberley Corden OBE is an English actor, comedian, writer, and television host. To boot, although not an openly gay man, he’s an active and proud celebrity ally of the LGBTQ community. He sang a song for the transgender people serving in the U.S. military!

He also has a wealth of experience; since 2015, he has hosted The Late Late Show with James Corden, a late-night television talk show on CBS in the United States

Nieil Patrick Harris

NPH

Neil Patrick Harris, 47, could replace Ellen DeGeneres.

Gen Xers may remember him as the child medical prodigy from the hit 80s show Dougie Houser MD., while the vast majority of people probably remember him as Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother. Regardless, many think NPH is the optimal replacement for Ellen Degeneres.

Neil Patrick Harris is amazing with crowds and has definitely proved himself worthy of Ellen’s show after killing as the host of both the Oscars and The Tonys. He and his professional chef spouse, David Burtka, are also one of the most prominent members and celebrities that are apart of the LGBTQ community.

Raven-Symoné

Raven-Simone

Raven-Symoné, 34, could replace Ellen DeGeneres.

How does she not have her own talk show already? Well, technically she did as one of the co-hosts of The View, but a prime time talk show is definitely her cup of tea.

Much like NPH she is a former child star who braved the harsh spotlight of Hollywood. She’s now a mature and well rounded adult and is happily married to a beautiful woman. Let’s be honest, who wouldn’t to see “That’s so Raven” with her own talk show?

Billy Eichhner

Billy Eichner

Billy Eichner, 41, could replace Ellen DeGeneres.

Billy Eichner is as hilarious as he is charming and he’s just recently shot to stardom.

Billy has been hard at work for many years, he even had his own TruTV show called Billy In The Streets which was grossly underrated. Now Hollywood cannot get enough of his queer charm and he’s scoring massive roles in hit shows and blockbuster movies.

Jane Lynch

Sue Sylvester Glee

Jane Lynch, 60, could be the perfect Ellen DeGeneres replacement.

In my books Jane Lynch is one of the funniest people in the entire world. She was adored as the quirky and goofy gym coach, Sue Sylvester, on the hit musical television series Glee.

She’s like a warmer, more relatable and a heck of a lot funnier version Ellen Degeneres. Considering she was one of the main reasons people loved Glee any talkshow that she’s the star of would be an instant success.
