Prime Video’s exclusive Rings of Power series has an obvious man-hating pro-feminist agenda, and even Elon Musk spotted it.
Critics in the mainstream media have praised the Lord of The Rings: Rings of Power series for taking a bold new approach by highlighting the strength of women, but the show’s political goal has failed to win over the show’s broad audience — even Elon Musk hates it.

It was obvious from the beginning that the new Lord of the Rings series on Prime Video would contain liberal and progressive themes, but no one understood how much of the show would be overt propaganda.
Popular a geek-culture YouTube channels have criticised the show for perverting the Christian author’s original work with unwanted sex scenes, gender politics, and race politics, and while the show is receiving positive reviews from progressive American mainstream media, the general public has spoken out by giving it a Metacritic score of 2.5.
“This show has nothing to do with Tolkien or Lord of the Rings. I can’t even call this abomination ‘fanfiction’ because it is not made by fans but by activist who want to shove their stupid political ideas all over entertainment. Amazon messed with the wrong fanbase. They are now an enemy of the people and we will fight them until the end of time,” one Metacritic user wrote.
Another adding: “The blatant hubris and hypocrisy of this woke SJW political piece is disgusting on so many levels. ‘Honoring Tolkien’s vision?’ they said?? Puke. No, not even close. The haphazard retconning is not only irresponsible, but also dangerous. It’s dangerous because it shows to what degree the PC culture has permeated us, and the result is forever staining what remains a timeless body of literature.”
Even tech-billionaire Elon Musk had some harsh things to say about the show.
In a Tweet Elon Musk suggested that the original author, JRR Tolkien, would not approve of the Rings of Power show and slammed its feminist agenda.
“Tolkien is turning in his grave,” he tweeted. “Almost every male character so far is a coward, a jerk or both. Only Galadriel is brave, smart and nice.”
The Babylon Bee even summed up the entire show with a hilarious little skit which shows the elves as easily offended non-binary LGBTQ+ allies.
Many people are claiming that they are cancelling their Prime Video subscriptions because of Lord of The Rings: Rings of Power series.
There’s even a petition to scrap the series entirely and start from scratch which almost has 1000 sigantures.
“The Lord of the Rings deserves better treatment than it’s getting. With the largest budget in history, The Rings of Power TV show has been a huge disappointment and disgrace to Tolkien’s amazing work. Signing this petition will let Amazon know that the fanbase of Middle-earth is upset and displeased with their current performance. Signing this petition will hopefully send a message to Amazon that the Tolkien fanbase wants them to restart the Rings of Power TV show and hopefully do it right,” the petition reads.
