Just a day prior, Tate had tweeted about updating his will from prison and donating 100 million to start a charity aimed at protecting men from false accusations. However, it was the sudden and rapid decline in Tate’s health that raised alarm bells.

A lawyer defending the Tate brothers, Tina Glandian, confirmed that Andrew Tate was not in good health, adding to the fears of fans when she stated, “He’s not very well.” She also stressed the importance of assuming Tate’s innocence until proven guilty, as no charges have been laid against him.

Another member of Tate’s legal counsel confirmed that the authorities have no evidence, except for allegations made by anonymous individuals. “In this sense, I would like to point out, at least from this point of view, I am also somehow amazed, there is not a single piece of evidence apart from the victim’s statement that leads to the idea that a crime of rape was committed,” he added.

Tate, who was known for his active and healthy lifestyle, had been challenged to a boxing match by another controversial figure, Jake Paul. But after just a few days in prison, Tate was rushed to the hospital, sparking rumors of mistreatment while in custody.

Adding to the public’s concern were the authorities’ actions in seizing all of Tate’s properties and assets, and the indefinite detention without charges of both Tate and his brother. Despite statements from women who worked with Tate during the time he was accused of human trafficking, with the women defending him and saying the allegations were false, the authorities have refused to consider their statements and still list them as victims of trafficking.

This development has caused widespread outrage, with fans and supporters calling for Tate’s release and for a thorough investigation into the allegations. The lack of evidence and charges filed has led many to question the motives behind Tate’s detainment, with many fearing for his safety and wellbeing. The situation remains a major talking point on social media and news outlets, with many calling for justice for Andrew Tate.
